different wines of which 150 from Alsace vineyards

swears by the pairing of delicacies and wines and
the demanding relationship that ties her to our guests.

Thus, she does not hesitate to recommend a large range
of wines from the Rhone Valley to marry in the best possible way
with the all the flavours of Daniel Stein’s cuisine.

But listening to her one might prefer the mineralized,
the fat and the long finish of an Alsace Riesling 2005
of Scherrer to accompany a filet of Saint Pierre.
